Strictly Service Payment Processing

Customer Credit Card Validation

Strictly Service requires a credit card from the customer in order to book services. The credit card is automatically validated by Strictly Service through Eway payment gateway. The credit card will be debited for the services upon customer authorisation at service completion.

Customer Reference Token

Strictly Service assigns the customer with a unique Token Reference number upon credit card validation. This Token Reference number is linked to the customer’s credit card and the quote that has been agreed by both the customer and the service provider.

Payment Processing

Payment processing is carried out in your Strictly Service account.
  1. Login to your Account
  2. Select “Sign off “against the relevant job and confirm the final amount.
  3. An Email will be sent to the customer with the option to release the funds immediately, alternatively
  4. Enter the Token Reference number supplied by the customer into the Strictly Service System.

Strictly Service disburses funds into the supplied bank account the service provider has entered in there Profile Billing details.

Additional services offered or completed outside of the Strictly Service quote - payment will be between the customer and service provider.
